Full kitchen, with side-by-side refrigerator, large oven and stove with overhead vent, garbage disposal, lots of cabinet space, and in-kitchen bar. Very-large mirrored closet big enough for two. The bathroom has a large shower and lots of room. There is a washer/dryer combo in the linen closet. Small, bright bedroom with carpet. Heat and hot water are gas, all else electric. Large windows look out over the creek, where deer and ducks frequent. Trees surround the property, giving you the feeling of being out in the country (with the convenience of being in town). And you can hear the creek running year round. A little over one mile to the entrance to rancho san antonio county park, with miles of hiking in the santa cruz mountains. Just minutes from interstate 280, for quick access to san francisco and santa cruz (both ~45 minutes). Water and garbage included. 6 or 12 month lease preferred (flexible). We are seeking a responsible and respectful tenant(s). Landlord and family are friendly and respectful of privacy. $1385/month, $500 security deposit. One small pet will be considered.
