We are located in noe valley on a great street that is very peaceful and safe.
the flat has 2 beds with pillow top queen mattresses, brand new soft shag carpeting, soft comfortable bedding, walk in closets and soothing paint colors. The ceilings are twelve -15 ft throughout the flat. The bedrooms are located at the front of the flat, and lead on to the kitchen in the middle of the flat. The kitchen has maple cabinetry, with pullout shelving, stainless appliances, dishwasher, double door refrigerator with water and ice machine, gas stove with oven and over the counter microwave for quick snacks. As you can see in the images there is a lot of counter space for preparing and serving meals. The kitchen has an overhanging counter leading into the dining area, there are bar-stools for the counter and also a dining area table with 4 chairs for sit down eating, having a glass of wine or playing a game. The living room is next to the dining area and open to it and the kitchen. There is a large comfy sofa with large chair and ottoman for kicking up your feet and lounging or surfing the net on your laptop using the free wifi. The living room also has a 40" flat panel high definition t.v. We provide digital cable with hbo, showtime, cinemax, starz & encore. The living space does not stop at the interiors-we have large deck off the back that can be accessed from the dining or living room. The deck is south facing and gets great sun all day long (for all you sun worshipers out there & yes we do get a lot of sun in noe valley, not just fog) there are sun loungers on the deck to enjoy the fresh air and take in the bay and neighborhood views.
the flat has 1 huge bathroom located in the middle of the flat. There is a lot of storage and counter space along with a huge mirror for primping. The bathroom has a large shower with bench, commode and no bath-tub.
we provide all linens (bathing and bedding), pots, pans, utensils, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, cups, glasses, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc..
our flat has a max capacity of 4 persons. We are on the second which is the top floor and there are about twenty stairs before you get to the front door, which makes the flat unsuitable for small children, physically challenged persons or persons with mobility problems.
the noe valley neighborhood is a very peaceful and safe residential area. We are located three blocks up from the main street in noe valley, 24th street. On 24th street you will find dozens of restaurants, many coffee shops, lots of shopping, people watching and a newly built whole foods market for groceries and quick food deli & salad bar items. All this conveniently located just three short blocks walk from our 2 flats. Please note that in our neighborhood there is free parking with no parking permits required and no two hour time limits for parking. We do not provide private parking, but parking on the street is free.
