we sit adjacent to garfield park that has a basketball court, swings and plenty of green grass for reading, , playing or just napping. There are also barbeque pits for family picnics.

you have the best of all worlds with the sea lions barking or the train whistling nearby. Need a break from the sun and surf? It is just a easy drive to the cool shady redwoods where you will find awesome hiking trails and rugged mountain bike paths.
